Early management and leadership strategies for final year nursing students in Scotland. This interactive learning event has been designed to support Scottish nursing students to explore the transition from student to registrant and to supplement your academic studies and placement learning.
This interactive learning event has been designed to support Scottish nursing students to explore the transition from student to registrant and to supplement your academic studies and placement learning. There will also be an opportunity to collaborate with students from different schools of nursing across Scotland, further enhancing the community of learning.
We will provide you with a psychologically safe and supportive learning environment to explore management and early leadership strategies, facilitated by the RCN Scotland Professional Practice, Learning and Development team.
We look forward to welcoming you to this day and showcasing the support and community available to you as you reach this transitional part of your nursing journey.
